Remember heroes who sacrificed for
country
Protected Viet Nam from China
invading
Maintained independence, democracy,
freedom
The operations to fight communists
remarkable
The battles in Quang Tri 72, Paracel
Island 1974
Recaptured the old capital Hue, Tết
of 1968
The brave soldiers in battles of
BinhLong, AnLoc, BinhGia...
Then the cease fight treaty signed
by both sides (Paris 1973)
Later US troops and Allies withdrew,
communists betrayed the treaty
The North Viet Nam still having help
of Russia and China
The Republic of Vietnam was lonely
and defeated
The South have
been"liberated" to become proletariat
Communists occupied the South, stole
properties become rich
Millions of officers had been forced
into jails
So many people died in
"reeducation camps"
Many commanders did suicide rather
than surrendering
Families broke, lives having no
future
People have lived in fear, millions
had escaped
Hundreds of thousands died under sea
Look back since country occupied by
communists
The civilization has been buried
Land of Ancestors gave to
China
Created a chance for country to be
destroyed
The living of society is luxury, but
inside empty
Corruption disaster is disrupting to
build country
Young people have been learnt untrue
history
The heroes fought China invading are
ignored
Black April, a sadness, regret
Republic of Viet Nam
Remember all heroes died for
country, and victims of Communist
Pray for all souls resting in peace.
